Full Bottles: Full-size fragrances are sold in their original manufacturer packaging unless otherwise stated on the product page. Packaging, batch codes, bottle designs, and formulations may vary due to manufacturer updates, production dates, or regional distribution.

Travel Sizes & Decants: Our decants are independently rebottled by Redmon Fragrance Company from authentic original fragrances. They are not manufactured, endorsed, or affiliated with the original fragrance brands unless specifically stated. Brand names are used only to identify the fragrance being decanted.

Ingredients & Allergens: Fragrance formulas may contain alcohol, fragrance compounds, essential oils, colorants, and potential allergens. Because formulations vary by fragrance and may change over time, customers with allergies, sensitivities, or ingredient concerns should review the manufacturer's official ingredient information before use.

Due to the nature of fragrance decants and samples, all sales are final! Unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Full Bottle Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing full-size fragrances from us. Unopened full-size fragrance bottles may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the fragrance must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging, including any factory seal or cellophane, if applicable.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Opened, sprayed, used, or otherwise altered fragrances are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Decants and samples are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All fragrances sold by Redmon Fragrance Company are 100% authentic and carefully hand-decanted from the original manufacturer’s bottle.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Email us with:

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

• A clear photo of the damaged product

Once verified, we will send a replacement for the damaged item.

Replacements will only be issued if a clear photo of the damage is provided.

INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive the wrong fragrance, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the full order and incorrect fragrance you received

Once confirmed, we will send the correct fragrance.

ORDER ISSUES

Please check your package when it arrives.
Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

We cannot replace or exchange items reported after this time.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

If the order has already shipped, you may refuse the package so it is returned to sender.

Once we receive the package back, we will inspect it and process your refund.

IF IT WAS FREE SHIPPING WE WILL DEDUCT OUR SHIPPING FEE FROM THE REFUND!

ORDERS MARKED DELIVERED

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier to the correct address listed, we cannot replace or refund the order.

Sometimes packages are scanned delivered early, so please allow 1–2 extra days for it to arrive.

Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items can take anywhere from 2–14+ business days to ship. Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase will receive a full refund. Cancellations requested after 24 hours and before 14 business days are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. If your order has not shipped after 14 business days, you may choose to continue waiting or cancel your order for a full refund with no cancellation fee.

Signature Required: For added security, orders valued at $250 or more may require a signature upon delivery. We may also require a signature on certain orders based on order value or shipment circumstances.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

We ship using USPS or UPS Ground. Flat rate shiping at checkout. Free shipping after $55.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional postage to reship.
